Farnham College would like to congratulate the 138 students who passed their A Level qualifications today. The college celebrates a 96.5% pass rate, 3.2% up on last year.
Eleven of the 16 A Level subjects at Farnham College secured 100% pass rates.
The Environmental Science A Level subject secured a 100% A*-B pass rate, nearly 6% higher than last year鈥檚 national average for this subject area.
The college鈥檚 Art and Design, and Photography A Level subjects also maintained a 100% pass rate for the fourth consecutive year.

Amber Hastings was one of the college鈥檚 top performers, achieving an A* grade in Sociology, an A grade in English Literature, a B grade in Geography and a grade C in English Language. She will now take up an offer from the University of Central London where she will study English Literature.
Amber said: 鈥淚鈥檝e worked so hard and have really enjoyed my time here at Farnham College. My tutors, particularly Sara and Rupert, were both incredibly supportive and have provided the best help I could have ever asked for, they helped me prepare for all my university interviews and were there every step of the way.
鈥淚 am sad to be leaving Farnham College but I am excited to start my university experience. I am celebrating this afternoon by going to see Taylor Swift!鈥�
Caleb Brighton achieved an A* grade in Architecture and a B grade in Geography. He will now take up an offer from the University of Portsmouth where he will study a higher apprenticeship in architecture at local heritage architecture firm, Stedman Blower.
Caleb said: 鈥淚鈥檓 really excited to be started the next part of my journey. I worked incredibly hard and focused on my Architecture A Level, as it is my ambition to become an architect. I chose a higher apprenticeship as I want to earn while I learn, and this is the perfect solution for me.
鈥淢y time at Farnham College has been fantastic, I can鈥檛 praise my tutor Andrew Rowley enough for his support and encouragement throughout my time here.”
Charly Pawson achieved an A* grade in English Literature, a B grade in English Language, an A in AS Sociology and a Distinction in BTEC Acting. They will now take up an offer from the University of Hull where they will study Drama.
Charly said: 鈥淚 have most definitely enjoyed my time at Farnham College, I have made some great friends and worked with some excellent tutors who have supported me and believed in me all the way.
鈥淚鈥檓 now going to take up my offer of a scholarship at Hull to study Drama and can鈥檛 thank my tutors Steven, Sara and Rupert enough for their support with my application.
